why this is free
A note from the person who made it.
I built Tonari because I needed it.
For a while I was moving too fast, under too much pressure, and one day the calm in my chest was simply gone. Sleepless nights, anxious days, and burnout, more than once. Maybe you know that loop.
Therapy helped me find some ground. But the thing that gave the calm back, quietly, day after day, was breathing. A few slow minutes, and my body remembered how to settle.
Burnout is not a weakness, and it is not only in your head. It is a nervous system stretched too thin, and a tired system needs rest, and a little protecting. Slow breathing is one of the gentlest ways to give it both.
So I made Tonari the room I wished I had. Free forever, private, never behind a wall. Not therapy, but a way to keep your calm before you lose it, a few quiet minutes a day.
Breathe slowly. Try to take life a little slower too. You are a candle worth tending, so you can shine soft and steady, for a long time.
